Day 1: Drive from Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
The couple departs Kampala early for a long but scenic drive to southwestern Uganda, with a lunch stop in Mbarara. They arrive in Bwindi by late afternoon and check into a lodge nestled in the hills. The evening is spent relaxing on the balcony, overlooking the forest canopy. A romantic candlelit dinner by the fireplace awaits to welcome them. Overnight at Rushaga Gorilla Lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience
After an early breakfast, the couple sets off for their gorilla trekking adventure. With the help of experienced rangers, they trek through the lush forest until they meet a gorilla family, watching them interact and live in their natural habitat, a once-in-a-lifetime shared experience. A packed lunch will be provided during the trek. Returning to the lodge in the afternoon, the couple can relax with a couple’s massage or a quiet evening on the terrace. Dinner will be arranged outdoors (weather permitting), and a roaring fireplace creating the perfect romantic mood.

Day 3: Cultural Experience and Relaxation
After breakfast, the couple will enjoy a community visit to meet the Batwa people, experiencing traditional songs and dances. This cultural interaction offers a meaningful way to connect and celebrate togetherness. In the afternoon, they return to the lodge for leisure, where optional activities include guided forest walks or simply enjoying each other’s company. After breakfast, the couple begins the return journey to Kampala, carrying with them memories of adventure and intimacy in the misty hills. Lunch will be along the way, with arrival in the evening.
