Day 1:Arrival at Entebbe, International Airport

Meet and greet with our tour guide, who will transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe. Depending on your time of arrival, you may choose to explore the botanical garden in Entebbe or visit the Uganda Wildlife Conservation and Education Center for a preview of the country’s wildlife. Enjoy dinner at the hotel and after have an overnight stay.

Day 2:Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

Have an early breakfast and drive to Murchison Falls National Park. This journey will take you through the scenic Ugandan countryside, providing a glimpse of rural life. You will have an en-route lunch in Masindi and later arrive in Murchison Falls National Park and check in to the lodge for dinner and some relaxation.

Day 3:Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise

After an early breakfast at exactly 6:00 a.m., head to the northwest sector of Murchison Falls for an exciting game drive. This area is home to large herds of elephants, buffaloes, and giraffes, and is also known for predators like lions and leopards. Have lunch at your lodge. Later, go for an afternoon boat cruise on the Nile River to the base of Murchison Falls. The boat cruise is a fantastic opportunity to observe hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of water birds.

Day 4:Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Early breakfast and depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park (approx. 6-7 hours). Lunch en route, possibly at Fort Portal town. Arrive in Queen Elizabeth National Park in the afternoon and check into your lodge. You have an evening game drive in the Kasenyi Plains, home to large herds of buffaloes, elephants, and various antelope species. You might also spot lions, hyenas, and leopards here. Overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 5:Tree-Climbing Lions & Kazinga Channel

Have an early breakfast and head to the Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions. These lions are often found resting in the branches of fig trees, and Ishasha is the best place to observe this behavior. The game drive in Ishasha will give you a chance to spot the tree-climbing lions and other wildlife such as buffaloes, elephants, and hyenas. Have lunch at the lodge as you prepare for an afternoon boat cruise. Proceed to have an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, a waterway connecting Lake Edward and Lake George. The cruise offers a chance to see hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species.

Day 6:Morning GOOame Drive & Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

You will have a morning game drive in the Kasenyi Plains for more wildlife sightings, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, and a variety of antelope species. After the game drive, depart for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (approx. 3-4 hours), home to Uganda’s mountain gorillas. Have an en-route lunch, possibly in the town of Kabale. Then arrive in Bwindi in the evening and check into your lodge.

Day 7:Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

You will have an early breakfast and head to Bwindi Forest for your gorilla trekking adventure. This trek can last anywhere from 2 to 8 hours, depending on where the gorillas are located. Your guide and porters will help you navigate the dense forest as you track the mountain gorillas. Once you find the gorillas, you’ll have an unforgettable hour to observe them in their natural habitat, watching them feed, play, and interact with each other. This experience is truly magical. Lunch at your lodge after the trek and the rest of the afternoon is free for you to relax or explore the surroundings.

Day 8:Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

After an early breakfast, take a scenic drive to Lake Bunyonyi (approx. 2-3 hours), Africa’s second deepest lake, known for its peaceful setting and stunning beauty. You will have lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on Lake Bunyonyi, where you can visit some of the lake’s islands and enjoy the lush scenery.

Day 9:Transfer from Lake Bunyonyi to Lake Mburo National Park

Enjoy breakfast and depart for Lake Mburo National Park (approx. 4-5 hours) You will check in to the lodge and have lunch. Lake Mburo is a smaller park, but it offers excellent opportunities for game drives. It’s known for its zebras, impalas, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species. Have an afternoon game drive to explore the park’s diverse wildlife.

Day 10:Morning game drive in Lake Mburo National Park and Transfer to Entebbe

Have an early morning game drive at exactly 6:00 a.m., where you will explore the park further, and you might encounter zebras, impalas, buffaloes, and even leopards. Lake Mburo also has hippos and crocodiles that are often seen near the lakeshore. Have lunch at the lodge before departing for Entebbe (approx. 4-5 hours). Transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flights.
