Day 1: Arrival and Pickup from the Airport

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed and picked up by a tour driver guide and you will be transferred to the accommodation. After check in, you will have lunch and relaxation and rest at the hotel.

Day 2: Travel to Ziwa for Southern White Rhino Tracking and Proceed to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, you will drive to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and then you will proceed for an hour on foot rhino tracking. From Rhino tracking, head to Masindi town for lunch. After lunch, embark on the transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. This park includes the roaring rapids of the Murchison Falls, the rolling plains of Uganda’s largest national park where you will have a chance to view lions, giraffes, hartebeest, buffalo, elephants, and then surely the concentration of hippos and the Nile crocodiles here will fascinate you. You will then drive to the lodge and check in for relaxation and dinner.

Day 3: Morning Game and Afternoon Boat Cruise to the Bottom of the Falls.

In the morning you’ll have breakfast, depart for an early morning game drive across the rolling plains of Uganda’s largest national park, and be on the lookout for wildlife, and bird species and return to the lodge for some rest and lunch. After lunch, you will head out for the boat cruise to the bottom of Murchison Falls where you will also see more animals including Hippos, Nile crocodiles, and several water birds. You will then return back to the lodge for relaxation and dinner.

Day 4: Hike to the Top of the Falls and Afternoon Game Drive

You will have an early breakfast and then hike to the top of the falls to truly appreciate the beauty and magnificence of the Murchison Falls. From the top, you shall drive back to the lodge for a hot lunch and relaxation. We shall then proceed to the northern part of Murchison Falls National Park for an evening game drive. During the game drive, you will be rewarded with great views of nocturnal animals like leopards, lions, hyenas, bush babies, genets, nightjars, and many more. We shall then drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Transfer to Kibaale National Park

After breakfast very early in the morning, we shall embark on a transfer that will see us overnight at the edge of Kibaale National Park. The drive is quite long but incredibly scenic passing through villages, lush green countryside, and hills dotted with tea plantations that characterize this part of Uganda. The beautiful scenery will amaze you all the way. You will proceed to the lodge and have a relaxation overnight.
Kibaale National Park is one of the best safari destinations in Africa for chimpanzee trekking safaris and has the highest number and diversity of primates including the chimpanzees. Kibaale is home to the uncommon Lhotse’s monkeys, East Africa’s biggest population of the endangered red colobus monkeys, the black & white colobus, red-tailed monkeys, blue monkeys, olive baboons, grey-cheeked mangabeys, bush babies as well as potato among many others.

Day 6: Chimpanzee tracking and Bigodi wetland excursion

After the morning breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters with an experienced tour guide to be briefed about the dos and don’ts of tracking the chimpanzees and experience some serious primates in Kibaale National Park. The activity will begin at 8:00 am and afterward, you will set off to search for them in the forest once you locate the chimpanzees you will have a full hour with them. You will then return to the lodge for lunch after proceeding to the Bigodi wetland excursion. The Bigodi wetland boasts of extensive array of biodiversity among which are several primates, it’s also a paradise for bird watchers. Among the major bird species within the area is the great blue turaco.

Day 7: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park and afternoon boat trip on Kazinga Channel

After breakfast, you will leave for Queen Elizabeth National Park. The drive will reward you with great views of Rwenzori mountain ranges as well as game viewing. You will have lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, you will have a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel for 2 hours. This will take you past very large populations of Hippos and several other animals drinking water. The boat cruise offers you a great chance for photography, game viewing as well as bird watching. After there we will head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Queen Elizabeth National Park is the most popular savanna park in Uganda and the best place to see lions including the Tree Climbing lions making it the perfect destination for a Uganda Wildlife Safari. It prides itself in a great diversity of habitats that include: lakes, savannah grasslands, forests, and wetlands that serve as home to the biggest variety of large mammals in the country.

Day 8: Morning game drive and crater lakes

After an early breakfast, you will set off for a game drive. Along the Kasenyi and queen’s plains, there are chances of seeing elephants, lions, Uganda Kobs, buffaloes, waterbucks, and warthogs plus various bird species. The drive will take you up to Lake George where you return for lunch at the lodge. After lunch, you will explore the crater lakes region with stunning calming views and later you will drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 9: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Pass Via Ishasha Sector for Tree Climbing Lions.

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Pass Via Ishasha Sector for Tree Climbing Lions.
You will have an early breakfast and then set off to Bwindi and you will have an en route lunch to Ishasha sector in search of climbing lions. The chance of spotting these lions is about 70% though sometimes they are hard to spot (most especially when on the ground). From Ishasha, continue to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi and Batwa Cultural Experience


After an early breakfast, you will move to the rangers’ post and receive some briefing (from a ranger guide) on the do’s and don’ts during trekking. Thereafter you will enter the Bwindi forest for your adventure. The time taken and the terrain vary with the movements of these great primates. Once you have located a gorilla group, you will be allowed an hour in its presence. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle but endangered giants is unforgettable. You will then return to the lodge for hot lunch and relaxation. You will then drive for a community excursion with the Batwa. The Batwa experience begins with a nature-walk, a hike through the forest seeing the forest in a new way, through the eyes of the original people of the Forest. The Batwa Experience will also show you how they lived in huts made of grass, and trees, the use of tree-houses, caves, etc. Experience the Batwa village life of old, the sharing, of living as a community, learn the things that they cared for.

Day 11: Relaxation While Enjoying the Stunning Beauty of Lake Bunyonyi and Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park.

Lake Bunyonyi is a magical resort destination in Kabaale southwestern Uganda. The lake is dotted with at least 20 small islands and it’s surrounded by steep terraced hills and exotic rural landscapes and the Virunga mountains backdrop. The lake is large and irregularly shaped with numerous islands and the surrounding hillsides, which locals beautifully cultivate like parts of Nepal. The area is vibrant, with activities like canoeing, cycling, and hiking.

Day 12: Morning Game Drive and Horseback Riding

After an early breakfast, you’ll head for a morning game drive that will start at 6:30 am. You will have a high chance of viewing many types of animals like hyenas, warthogs, impalas, elands, zebras, and waterbucks. After the game drive, you will drive back to the lodge for relaxation and hot lunch. You will then proceed for horse riding which will give you a great experience to see wild animals.

Day 13: Morning Nature Walk and Drive Back to Entebbe International Airport to Catch a Flight

After the morning breakfast, you will head for a nature walk with a tour guide. The walk will take you to different parts of the park and it will start at 7; 00 AM at Rwakonyo this walk will take two to three hours. After you will return to the lodge for your back lunch and head back to Entebbe International Airport.
